Silver Shores is an active over 55 retirement community. One person in the household must be 55. No children allowed on a permanent basis, but are OK for extended visits.

Your $231 monthly fee includes:

Monthly payment on your individual lot, lawn maintenance, lawn irrigation water, cable TV, sewer, insurance on common areas and amenities, pool and pool maintenance, security guards, full-time maintenance supervisor, crew and equipment, pier operation.

Household electric and water metered and billed individually.
